Jill Kidd shares about how her personal growth has been shaped by Hudson:

My experiences with Hudson have profoundly shaped both my professional and personal growth. Hudson created the space where I could (for the first time in my life) truly reflect on my values, vision and purpose and set a plan in place to “live” into those. The coaching theory, skills and approaches I continue to learn at Hudson not only deepen my professional coaching, but also make me a better parent, spouse, friend and team member.

Jill Kidd shares about the drive behind her donation to the Frederic Hudson Scholarship Program:

I felt compelled to donate to the FHSP because of the tremendous impact that coach training had on me, both professionally and personally, and I feel that impact should not be limited to only those with the ability to pay. I’m excited by the thought of what’s possible when we work to increase equity within the field of coaching.
